Exchanges

Eligibility for Exchanges:

    • Exchanges are generally offered for size or color variations of the same product, subject to availability.
    • Exchanges for a different product may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our customer support team to discuss your exchange request.
    • You may return most items within 7 days of receiving your order.
    • To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition:
      • Unworn and unused.
      • With all original tags and labels attached.
      • In the original packaging.
    • Customized blouses, fabric jewellery, items purchased during final sale events are not eligible for Exchange, unless they are received damaged or defective.

Reasons for Exchange:

We accept exchange for the following reasons:

    • Exchanges are generally offered for size or color variations of the same product, subject to availability.
    • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective product. Please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order with photographic evidence.
    • Incorrect Item Received: If you receive an item different from what you ordered.
    • Size Issues: If the saree or blouse does not fit as expected based on our size guide.
    • Change of Mind: If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any other reason (excluding non-returnable items).

Exchanges Process:

  1. Initiate an Exchange Request: Contact our customer support team via

    3. Contact Us page. within 7 days of receiving your order to request an exchange. Please provide your order number, the item you wish to exchange, and the details of the exchange you are requesting (e.g., new size, color).
  2. Exchange Authorization and Availability Check: We will check the availability of the requested exchange item and provide you with an Exchange Authorization if possible.
  3. Return and Shipping: We will inform you if you need to return the original item before we ship out the exchanged item, through our customer support.
    • If the return is due to a damaged/defective item or an incorrect item received, Namami Simple Elegant will bear the return shipping costs. We will provide a prepaid shipping label or reimburse the return shipping charges upon verification.
    • For size/color exchanges, the customer may be responsible for both return and re-shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed upon with customer support.
  4. Processing the Exchange: Once the returned item is received and inspected, and the exchange item is available, we will ship out the exchanged item to you in 10 business days.  

Important Notes:

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.
  • Please allow for reasonable processing time for returns and exchanges. We appreciate your patience.
  • Namami Simple Elegant reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet the policy criteria.
  • This policy is subject to change without prior notice. Please refer to the latest policy on our website.
